To initiate the product replacement (in case of a defect) or a refund, please email returns@AHeroOnEveryBlock.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received the returned product, a replacement will be mailed to you within 5 business days or a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
What is your seminar cancellation policy?
Each seminar offered by Smuggling Swans Media, LLC or Hero Institute, has its own cancellation policy. Please refer to the disclosure statement included with each event you have registered for. You may also contact us with any questions you might have at (213) 422 – 7333.
